If they had real vacuums I’d give 5 stars but I could literally feel like my room was dirty there was food on my floor and I just think it’s really trifling they have all that carpet and no vacuums, gross !

Drove from chicago to attend the Louisville Funk Fest. Needed a reasonable place to stay. Was only 15 away from fest I believe. The stay at the hotel was great.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean. Breakfast area was well stocked and organized. Just recommend that corporate remodel the rooms and pool area.

The person that checked us in was super nice. The 1st night was fine. The second night we found a bed bug on the pull out couch upon futher inspection we found the mattress to be very stained, dirty and worn. Call the front desk and thought we had it worked out. When we arrived back to the hotel they had exchanged the mattress but it was still stain and dirty looking. They hadnt even cleaned the room, taken out the trash or changed all sheets and pillows as requested. The nighttime front desk guy got us a different room. The second room was clean but we found the mattress on the pull out couch to still be dirty with no kind of cover on it and felt unsafe to use it. The pool was super cloudy, cold and had way too much clorine in it. We could tell they were working on it during our stay. The Breakfast was decent but ran out of food quickly.

When we arrived the front desk associate acted very bothered that we were there. We could barely get down the halls towards our room due to trash bags and cleaning carts. ( this was after 9pm on a Sunday evening) pictures below.
Im sorry to say i wont recommed this hotel to frirnds or family

Pleasant surprise for the affordable price. Very clean, nice room and amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows, and outstanding complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!
